How we work

Arrel is a trading company. We buy at origin, prepare the order and deliver it with the documents the destination requires.

Five steps

  1. 1. Request

You send us the product, specification, volume, destination and dates.

  2. 2. Offer

We reply with a written offer showing price and delivery terms.

  3. 3. Purchase

We buy at origin and check size, condition and temperature before loading.

  4. 4. Transport

We arrange transport (truck, container or ship) and the customs paperwork.

  5. 5. Delivery

We deliver to your warehouse or port and follow any issue until it is closed.
