Privacy policy

We explain what data we process, why, for how long and what rights you have, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018.

No cookies or trackers

This website uses no cookies, analytics, advertising or third-party scripts. Fonts are served from our own domain. Provisional photographs load from Unsplash until we replace them with our own.

2. Data we process

What you give us in the offer form or by e-mail: company, name, e-mail, phone (optional), products, volumes, destination and message.

3. Purpose and legal basis

To answer your offer request or enquiry and, if it goes ahead, to manage the commercial relationship. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and your consent when you send the form (art. 6.1.a).

4. Recipients

We do not pass your data to third parties unless the law requires it. Service providers acting as processors (for example hosting and e-mail) may access it, under a contract meeting art. 28 GDPR.

5. Retention

We keep your data while the relationship lasts and afterwards for the legal limitation periods. Requests that lead nowhere are deleted within 24 months at most.

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to privacidad@arrel.example. If you think we have not honoured your rights, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

7. Security and changes

We apply suitable technical and organisational measures. We will publish any change to this policy here, with its date.
